8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select locations depending on the delivery pin code.

Please note the following conditions for COD orders:

  • A partial advance payment (up to 50% of the order value) may be required at the time of placing the order.

  • The remaining balance amount must be paid at the time of delivery to the courier partner.

  • COD orders may require verification through phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before processing.

  • If the verification process fails or the customer is unreachable, the order may be cancelled.

  • COD availability depends on the delivery location and courier service coverage.

The advance amount paid for COD orders may not be refundable if the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, except in cases where the product delivered is damaged or incorrect.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Courier services

  • Weather or logistics disruptions

Outlaw Drift Co. is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled if requested within 12 hours of placing the order and before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days.

11. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is incorrect

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Conditions for return:

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Proof (photos/videos) may be required

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected.
